I developed a love for sport and fitness from a very young age, with football being the main focus.
Constantly ignoring advice about recovery, by the time I was 20 I'd suffered multiple hamstring and groin injuries that became too severe to ignore, causing me to take a year to focus on recovery.
Going through the rehab process I started to value the importance of strength and conditioning in order for the body to perform at a high level.
I started to focus on more functional training, discovering CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. This hobby turned into a passion, and within a year, had gained my personal trainer and sports massage therapist qualifications, and successfully completed my CrossFit Level 1 trainer.
I am committed to teaching people my passion, and helping them discover the true extent of what their bodies can achieve. I am currently studying a sports science degree at the University of Salford to provide me with the skill set to take your training to the next level.
